Celina Serva aka Ce Ce, 27, of Akron, Ohio, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge John L. Sinatra Jr. on Thursday to possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine. An investigation into a May shooting in the city of Dunkirk has led to charges against a teenager. In a news release issued Wednesday, Dunkirk police report the 15-year-old was charged with felony second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and felony second-degree assault. On two separate dates in May, the Dunkirk Police Department responded to investigate a report of breaking and entering at a commercial business on Franklin Avenue. As a result of these investigations, five juvenile subjects, ranging in age from 13 to 17 years old, were determined to be responsible with the incidents. South Dayton rejects plan for dissolution
