Charles C. “Chuck” Twichell, 98, of Ellicottville, passed away Thursday, Aug. 15, 2024 at Buffalo General Hospital. He was born on May 4, 1926 in Gowanda, son of the late Lee and Alice (Congdon) Twichell. He was a US Navy veteran, serving from 1944-1946, having toured through the pacific during WWII.
