Nichole Nickerson and Mitchell Schnell, together with their families, announce their engagement.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Eugene and Rachel Nickerson of Cassadaga. She graduated from Cassadaga Valley Central School in 2012. She earned a bachelor’s of science in biology from SUNY Fredonia and is currently working towards a PharmD from LECOM School of Pharmacy.

The prospective groom is the son of Michael Schnell of Dewittville and Kim Newark of Sinclairville. He graduated from Cassadaga Valley Central School in 2012. He is employed at the Chautauqua County Highway department.

A Sept. 8, 2018 wedding is planned.
