Clifford and Marcia Nickerson celebrated 50 years of marriage. These high school sweethearts married 50 years ago on Aug. 24, 1963 at St. Hedwig’s Church.

A celebration dinner held in their honor at Sandy’s White Horse Restaurant was given to them by their loving children: Shelly Snyder, Kathy Lawrence, John Nickerson and Clifford Nickerson Jr. A good time was had by the family. The couple also has nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Cliff and Marcia have lived in Brocton for the past 40 years.
