Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Woodward celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary on Sept. 16 at a dinner hosted by their children in the home of their daughter, Janice Dolce. Ray and Lois met in Perrysburg and were married in Gowanda in 1949.

The couple raised three sons and three daughters on The Dozen Acres Farm in Silver Creek while growing Concord grapes for Welch’s.
