Chadwick Bay Chapter of Demolay International fund-raiser breakfast

Forest Masonic Lodge, 321 E. Main St., Fredonia, 8 to 11 a.m. Eggs made to order, pancakes, French toast, sausages, juice, coffee. $10 adults, $5 children under 12. Proceeds go towards sponsoring a local “Let’s Talk” Bench to raise awareness and assist in prevention of PTSD and Veteran suicide.

Brocton Arch Festival

Brocton High School gymnasium, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Enter through the entrance on School Street, near the high school gym.Close to 50 vendors, crafts, face painting booth, coloring contest, Ahira Hall Memorial Library booth, basket raffle, 50/50. Food truck, live music. Bring decorated pumpkins from home for the pumpkin decorating contest for judging at noon. The Village of Brocton Fire Department will be on site with chili, hot dogs and burgers. Tito and Vince Music, acoustic duo, will perform live from 1 to 4 p.m. in the gazebo. Lakeshore Humane Society Saturday open adoption hours

The Lakeshore Humane Society, 431 E. Chestnut St., Dunkirk, will hold open adoption hours from noon to 3 p.m. The public is welcome to see the dogs and cats in need of loving homes.
