A Memorial Day chicken barbecue will be held on Monday May 28 from noon until sold out at Dunkirk Memorial American Legion Post 62, 211 Central Ave., Dunkirk. Tickets are $10 presale/$11 at the door. The meal includes chicken by “Weidners BBQ”, two sides, roll and butter. Dining options are eat-in or take-out. Presale tickets are available at Post 62 or call John at 366-1074 or 680-2377. Live music from 3 to 6 p.m. will feature 2nd St. SUNSET. Raffles and a silent auction will also be available. All proceeds to support Legion and Veterans programs.
