WESTFIELD — Village of Westfield offices at 23 Elm St., will be opening to the public on Monday at 8 a.m. Facemasks will be required. Social distancing rules and regulations will be in place. Visitors must follow all building signage and in-building social distancing markers and designated walking areas.

The village has the right to refuse services to anyone not following these rules. For the safety of the public and our employees, we strongly suggest that you try to do all of your business either online at https://westfieldny.com/ or by utilizing our bill payment drop box and/or front mail slot.

Building and Zoning Code applications are by appointment only. Please call the Code Officer’s office at 326-4401 Monday to Thursday between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. or email her at assessor@townofwestfield.org

Village Court has been instructed by the Office of Court Administration that courts are allowed to start small claims, civil and dangerous dog cases. At this time there has been no date given for traffic or criminal cases to return for in court proceedings.
