Slate of city music continues tonight at park

Music on the Pier returns tonight with The Freeze and Nickel City Pimp Choir. Both events are at Memorial Park.

After last weekend’s Fired Up For Summer Kickoff, Dunkirk’s Music on the Pier 12-week Summer Concert Series continues tonight at 5:25 p.m. at Memorial Park sponsored by KeyBank. The opening act is The Freeze followed by headliner Nickel City Pimp Choir.

Dunkirk’s summer season of events is sponsored by platinum level donors DFT Communications and Chautauqua Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. National Grid is the overall stage sponsor.

The event features great music, Arthur R. Gren/Southern Tier Brewery beers, Merrit Winery wine slushies, other concession food/drink vendors and a corn hole tournament.
