¯ Angela Goetz, 40, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 18 and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, and petit larceny.

¯ Chris Cancel-Vazquez, 24, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 19 and charged with second-degree burglary and second-degree criminal contempt.

¯ Trea Buchanan, 28, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 24 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and trespassing.

¯ Timothy Will, 33, of Forestville, was arrested Jan. 29 and charged with two counts of second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, inadequate stop lamps and improperly tinted windows.

¯ Octavia Brown, 31, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 29 and charged with petit larceny.

¯ Douglas Baldwin, 43, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 29 and charged with driving while intoxicated, obstruction of governmental administration and disregarding a traffic control device.

¯ Mark Kaczmarczyk Jr., no age listed, of Farnham, was arrested Jan. 30 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and no interlock device.

¯ Alissa Marshall, 30, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 30 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.

¯ Adam Ossman, 32, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 31 and charged with false personation.
