SILVER CREEK – The Silver Creek Seniors met on Tuesday, March 19 with 21 members present.

President Janice Snyder opened the meeting with the Pledge to the flag and all singing God Bless America. Chaplain Pauline Flitt read “Grateful to God” and offered a prayer for the members and food. Lunch consisted of ham and cabbage, potatoes, carrots, pasta salad, and jello salad.

The 50-50 raffle winners were Pauline and Janice (twice). Door prizes were won by Ginny Chesbro, Lorrie Newman and Deanna Borrello. Lucky card holders for the wheel were: Annette Hoeber, Joan Militello, Norra Carroll, Janice, Ginny and Jen Zlotnik. Candy Weitz called bingo and winners were: Jan S (3 times), Judy Hahn (twice), Norra, Eleanor Lemiszko (twice), Pauline, Jan Polisoto, Gene Chesbro and Lorrie. On Tuesday, March 26 the group will celebrate January, February and March birthdays with cake and ice cream. Members are to bring a bag lunch.
