SILVER CREEK – The Silver Creek Seniors met on Jan. 6 with 17 members in attendance.

President Randy Nurmi opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance and all singing God Bless America. He then welcomed new members Wayne and Elaine Hotelling. Brown bag lunches were the meal of the day.

Door prizes were won by Joe Dolce, Annette Hoeber and Eleanor Lemiszko. The 50-50 winners were Joan Militello and Eleanor (twice). Wheel of fortune winners were: Annie Grimm, Lorrie Newman, Randy, Elaine Wojda, Eleanor and Annette. Elaine W. called bingo and winners were Jeanne Blakey (twice), Eleanor (twice), Jan Polisoto (twice), Annette, Dixie Carlson and Joan Suski.

Tuesday’s lunch will be pot luck dishes. Also the group will celebrate birthdays from October through January.
