Brittany Haines and David Hennessey, along with their families, announce their engagement.

The bride to be is the daughter of Cindi and Larry Haines of Kill Buck. She was the salutatorian of the Salamanca High School class of 2009. She graduated from Alfred State College in 2011 with an associate’s degree in applied science in nursing. She is employed as a Registered Nurse, case manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York in Buffalo.

The prospective groom is the son of Brenda and Scott Hennessey of Fredonia. He is a 2006 graduate of Fredonia High School. He graduated from Alfred State College in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in civil construction management; engineering. He is employed as a regional estimator for Parsons Brinkerhoff in Buffalo.

The couple is planning a wedding for August 22, 2015.
