The Northern Chautauqua Canine Rescue’s Dog of the Week is MileyGirl, a beautiful 4-year-old spayed rottweiler who arrived unsocialized from a puppy mill.

As a result, she has a list of preferences for her future home. Due to her mill time, she now desires a pet-free, single-person home with no young visitors as she will bond tightly to her one person.

A fenced yard would be wonderful, and it would help if the person is familiar with large breed dogs. She likes her quiet time, walks and naps on the couch too. The rescue is closed due to COVID-19, but more information can be found online at www.canrinerescue.org or 326-7297.
