CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT — CARROLL — Deputies responded to an address for a reported altercation at 6:30 a.m. Tuesday. It was reported that Jordan Beardsley did engage in a physical altercation with a subject that violated an order of protection. Beardsley was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, second-degree aggravated harassment and second-degree harassment. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT — Zachary A. Graves, 30, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree attempted grand larceny, possession of burglar tools and third-degree criminal trespass. At approximately 7:30 a.m. Sunday, officers were dispatched to a criminal mischief in progress at an east side business. Officers located 30-year-old Zachary A. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT — Alyshialynn Ryan, 21, of Jamestown was charged with driving while intoxicated and other traffic tickets on Saturday. At 12:05 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop at Allen and Maple streets. A subsequent investigation revealed that Ryan, a resident of Jamestown, was operating the vehicle while intoxicated.
