CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT — STOCKTON — At around 11:41 p.m. Saturday, deputies responded to an altercation. Through an investigation it was found that 35-year-old, Zachary P. Kemp did intentionally damage and tamper with another person's property. Kemp was also found to be in possession of a rifle at the time of the arrest.
