¯ NORTH HARMONY — On March 15 at about 10:55 p.m., Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies stopped a vehicle for erratic operation on Route 394 in the town of North Harmony. The operator was identified as Joyce E. Manno, 51, of Jamestown. According to police Manno was allegedly intoxicated while operating the vehicle. She was charged with DWI, DWI per se having .08 percent or higher B.A.C., failed to keep right and driving too slowly. Manno was released and is due to appear in North Harmony Town Court at a later date.

¯ JAMESTOWN — On March 16, deputies arrested Gary Warren III, 26, of Jamestown, on an arrest warrant issued out of the city of Jamestown. The charges were filed as a result of a grand larceny case filed in the town of Ellery in mid-february. Deputies allege that Warren possessed stolen property in the form of a debit card at a business in Jamestown. He was charged with criminal possession of fourth-degree stolen property, second-degree identity theft and third-degree unlawful possession of personal identification information. Warren is being held pending arraignment.
