LITTLE VALLEY — On April 26, troopers pulled over a vehicle on Route 242 for a traffic violation. During the traffic stop, it was revealed that the driver, Paige Reynolds, 25, of Salamanca, was allegedly operating with a suspended license. While conducting an inventory of Reynolds’ vehicle prior to it being towed, troopers located two vials containing concentrated THC in the center console. Reynolds was placed under arrest and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Reynolds was processed at State Police Jamestown and issued an appearance ticket and traffic tickets. Reynolds is scheduled to appear in the town of Napoli Court next month.

≤ JAMESTOWN — On April 26, troopers pulled over a vehicle on North Main Street for an alleged traffic violation. After failing several SFSTs, the driver, William Haley, 56, of Jamestown, was placed under arrest and charged with DWI and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, after Haley’s driving record revealed that his driving privileges in New York had been revoked for alcohol related offenses. Haley was transported to State Police Jamestown, where he provided a breath sample of .10. Haley was then processed and transported to Chautauqua County Jail.

≤ GREENHURST — On April 26, troopers responded to Walnut Creek Trailer Park to assist a Chautauqua County Sheriff unit locate a suspect that fled on foot from a traffic stop. The suspect was located, identified as Michael Watson, 40, of Jamestown, and placed under arrest, after it was discovered he had multiple outstanding traffic warrants. The owner of the vehicle gave troopers and deputies permission to search Watson’s possessions, which he abandoned prior to fleeing the traffic stop. A dealer plate was located inside Watson’s backpack, which had previously been reported stolen. Watson was charged with criminal possession of stolen property, processed at State Police Jamestown and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail pending arraignment.

≤ PORTLAND — On April 23 at around 9:01 p.m., deputies were dispatched to a residence to investigate a complaint. An investigation of the incident revealed that George R. Stressing, 44, of Angola, had allegedly violated a court order. On April 26, Stressing was arrested and charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Stressing was taken to Chautauqua Count Jail to be arraigned at the centralized arraignment part court.

≤ CHAUTAUQUA — On April 26 at about 5:35 p.m., deputies stopped a vehicle on Route 430 for an alleged traffic violation. Further investigation found that the operator, Dana L. Erhard, 63, of Sherman, was reportedly in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine and marijuana. Erhard was taken into custody and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, failure to use turn signal, failure to stop at stop sign and no brake light. Erhard was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for arraignment.
