Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office

¯ RANDOLPH — On Aug. 7 at roughly 3 p.m., an unnamed 17-year-old female resident of the Randolph’s Children’s Home was arrested and charged with third-degree criminal mischief. The female is accused of allegedly throwing a rock through a window at the home. The female was arraigned in town of Coldspring Court, where she was released on her own recognizance. The female will appear in town of Randolph Court at a later date.

¯ OLEAN — On Aug. 20 at around 4:55 p.m., Travis Lawrence Martin, 39, of Gowanda, was arrested on a New York state parole warrant after allegedly violating his conditions of parole. Martin was held and transported to Cattaraugus County Jail for further proceedings.

≤ ELLICOTT — On August 24 at roughly 9 p.m., deputies stopped a vehicle on Carter Street for an alleged traffic violation. Further investigation found that the driver, Paul A. Martinez, 49, of Erie, PA, was allegedly operating the vehicle in an intoxicated state. Martinez was taken into custody and charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right. Martinez was later released to a sober party and was issued traffic tickets. He will appear in town of Ellicott Court at a later date.

¯ HARMONY — On Aug. 25 at roughly 8:01 p.m., deputies responded to a report of a truck in the ditch on Niobe Road. Upon arrival, witnesses stated that the operator of the truck had reportedly left the scene in another vehicle. Deputies located the vehicle in question and identified the operator as Mark A. Mescall, 47, of Jamestown. Mescall was allegedly found to be intoxicated, was taken into custody and charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, moving from lane unsafely and failure to keep right. After processing, Mescall was released with traffic tickets and will appear in town of Harmony Court at a later date.

¯ CHAUTAUQUA — On Aug. 25 at about 8:58 p.m., deputies and the Westfield Police Department responded to a motor vehicle accident with injury on Route 394. Investigation found that an unnamed 20-year-old male from Ripley was allegedly operating the motor vehicle while intoxicated. A 20-year-old female, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was transported to Westfield Memorial Hospital for treatment of minor injuries. The male was arrested and charged with DWI, aggravated DWI and moving from lane unsafely. The male was processed and released with appearance tickets. He will appear in town of Chautauqua Court at a later date.

¯ On Aug. 14, Angela M. Kellogg, 28, of Cassadaga was charged with a forged inspection, uninspected vehicle and failure to keep right.

¯ On Aug. 14, Cristobal O. Quenda, 39, of Dunkirk was charged with first degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, DWI, speeding in zone and refusal of a breath test.

¯ On Aug. 15, Alex Ippilito, of Fredonia was charged with criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument.

¯ On Aug. 15, Jose R. Gonzalez, 46, of Fredonia was charged with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and exhaust violation.

¯ On Aug. 16, Tammy J. Goodwin, 28, of Dunkirk was charged with DWI and leaving the scene of a property damage incident.

¯ On Aug. 17, Adam Rodriguez, 34, of Dunkirk was charged with third degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to yield to pedestrians.

¯ On Aug. 18, Melea T. Roland, 41, of Dunkirk was charged with third degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to dim headlights.

¯ On Aug. 19, Giovanni A. Pena, 33, of Dunkirk was charged with fourth degree criminal mischief, endangering the welfare of a child and second degree harassment.

¯ On Aug. 20, Ilia Cruz Negron, 24, of Dunkirk was charged with third degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, improper signal and insufficient tail light.

¯ On Aug. 20, Aarien Carvallo of Dunkirk was charged with second degree harassment, attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct.

¯ On Aug. 20, Casey P. Crane of Dunkirk was charged with petit larceny and resisting arrest.

¯ On Aug. 21, Rocco A. Delmonte, 39, of Dunkirk was charged with fourth degree criminal mischief and second degree harassment.

¯ On Aug. 22, Steven E. Brown, 42, of Dunkirk was charged with second degree harassment and forcible touching.

¯ On Aug. 22, Philip Tirone, 40, of Gowanda was charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

¯ On Aug. 22, Samuel Lobley, 36, of Dunkirk was charged with third degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and passing a red light.

¯ On Aug. 23, Roy A. Colburn, 51, of Portland was charged with third degree grand larceny.

¯ On Aug. 24, Stephanie K. Fry of Fredonia was charged with DWI, DWI at.18, first degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, refusal of a breath test, no interlock device, moving in lane unsafely and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

¯ On Aug. 24, Dequan S. Williams Jr. of the Bronx was charged with second degree harassment.

Westfield Police

¯ On Aug. 25 at roughly 10:49 p.m., patrol stopped a vehicle on Route 5 for an alleged traffic violation. The operator of the vehicle was identified as Sarah A. McEwen, 28, of Edinboro, Pa. After an investigation, McEwen was arrested and charged with parking on highway, driving with .08 of 1% or more of alcohol, DWI and aggravated DWI. McEwen was later released with traffic tickets and will answer the charges in town of Westfield Court at a later date.
