Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office

¯ A Fredonia man is facing charges for driving under the influence of drugs.

Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies stopped a vehicle on Bennett Road in the town of Dunkirk around 8 p.m. Friday. Upon further investigation, it was determined that Sean M. Sticek, 25, was operating the vehicle while under the influence of drugs.

Sticek was taken into custody and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs. A drug recognition expert assisted in the arrest.

Sticek was later released with traffic tickets and will appear in the Town of Dunkirk Court at a later date.

¯ Deputies stopped a vehicle in the town of Charlotte around 10:30 p.m. Friday after observing an alleged traffic infraction. Upon further investigation, it was determined that Ralph Johnson, 54, of Sinclairville, was operating the vehicle while intoxicated. Johnson was taken into custody and charged with felony DWI, DWI per se, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating without an interlock device, and several additional traffic tickets. Johnson was released with traffic tickets and will be in town of Charlotte Court at a later date.

¯ Just after midnight Saturday, deputies observed a vehicle commit a traffic violation on Route 60 in the town of Pomfret. Deputies stopped the vehicle and identified the operator to be Allen L Woodworth, 38, of Jamestown. Following an investigation Deputies arrested and charged Woodworth with DWI, aggravated DWI-Blood Alcohol Content at 0.18 or higher, and speed over 55 mph. Woodworth will answer his charges at a later date in the town of Pomfret court.

¯ Christopher Ley was charged Aug. 16 with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

¯ Michael Sheehan was charged Aug. 17 with criminal mischief.

¯ Reanna Tarnowski was charged Aug. 18 with littering and an open container violation.

¯ Karl Ortiz was charged Aug. 21 with endangering the welfare of a child.

¯ Chelsea Sterling was picked up Aug. 21 on a warrant.

¯ Amber Conrad was picked up Aug. 23 on a warrant.

¯ Xavier Taylor was charged Aug. 24 with drinking alcohol in motor vehicle on highway and unlawful possession of alcohol by a person under 21.

¯ Tyler Hedlund was charged Aug. 24 with drinking alcohol in motor vehicle on highway and unlawful possession of alcohol by a person under 21.

¯ Joshua Posnick was charged Aug. 24 with unlawful possession of alcohol by a person under 21, littering and an open container violation.

¯ Joshua Fasolino was charge Aug. 24 with with unlawful possession of alcohol by a person under 21, littering and an open container violation.

¯ Shawn Silliman was charged Aug. 25 with an open container violation.

¯ Sabrina Surlani was charged Aug. 25 with a sewer ordinance violation.

Westfield Police Department

¯ On Aug. 22 at around 9:18 a.m., Kelli L. Tayler, 48, of Westfield, was arrested for second degree harassment after an investigation into a reported domestic dispute that occurred a day earlier. It is alleged that Tayler was operating a motor vehicle and engaged in a domestic dispute, which resulted in Tayler allegedly punching a 24-year-old female victim in the face and shoulder. Tayler was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Westfield Town Court at a later date.

¯ RANDOLPH — On Aug. 23, troopers responded to a residence for a report of aggravated harassment. Investigation revealed that Robert Baker, 29, of Jamestown, allegedly left the victim several voicemails threatening to assault her and burn down her home. Baker was arrested at his residence in Jamestown and charged with second degree aggravated harassment. Baker was processed at the State Police office in Jamestown and arraigned in Town of Randolph Court. Baker was later released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to reappear in Town of Randolph Court next month.
