Jamestown man charged in sex offense
JAMESTOWN — A city man has been charged with two counts of forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child.
Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies Friday reported they conducted an investigation about a suspicious situation through its Criminal Investigation Division, Jamestown Police Department and Lakewood-Busti Police Department on Sept. 8. Upon the investigation, it was found that William Morse, 37, of Washington Street, did engage in an inappropriate relationship with a juvenile victim in the city of Jamestown and town of Busti.
Morse was issued appearance tickets be in both courts at a later date and time.
