ARKWRIGHT — Two people are facing a number of charges after allegedly stealing a motor vehicle on Saturday morning.

At about 8:30 a.m., Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies received a report of a possible stolen motor vehicle. Deputies located the vehicle a short time later on Tarbox Road.

The operator, Jeffrey Kozlowski, 32, was charged with criminal possession of stolen property, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and criminal possession of a firearm.

The passenger, Danika S. Lemay, 41, of Cassadaga was charged with criminal possession of stolen property and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Following an investigation, Lemay was additionally charged with second-degree burglary, third-degree grand larceny and petit larceny.

Both were taken to Chautauqua County Jail pending centralized arraignment.

¯ On Jan. 10, Miguel Altunar-Mateo, 38, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and unregistered motor vehicle.

¯ On Jan. 10, William O. Tolbert, 53, of Brocton was charged with DWAI-drugs and parking on a roadway.

¯ On Jan. 10, Samuel Montero-Perez, 25, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and inadequate lights.

¯ On Jan. 11, Kyle J. Perry, of Dunkirk was charged with two counts of DWI and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

¯ On Jan. 11, Eric M. Sanden, 36, of Dunkirk was charged with criminal mischief.

¯ On Jan. 11, Nicholas C. Vecchio of Fredonia was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and illegal signal.

¯ On Jan. 13, Sebastian E. Stilson, 19, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding in a school zone.

¯ On Jan. 15, Alexis Morales-Cruz, 32, of Dunkirk was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.

¯ On Jan. 16, Max A. Valle-Maldonado, 17, of Dunkirk was charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended registration and passing a red light.

¯ On Jan. 16, William E. Webb, of Dunkirk was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

¯ On Jan. 18, William Jackson, 32, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to keep in lane.

¯ On Jan. 18, Jordan Warrick, 33, of Dunkirk was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

¯ On Jan. 18, Philip M. Whitfield, 26, of Fredonia was charged with first-degree robbery, first-degree burglary and two counts of second-degree menacing.

¯ On Jan. 18, Lamont E. Brown, 31, of Dunkirk was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding in zone.

¯ On Jan. 18, Hernan Colon Santiago, 42, of Dunkirk was charged with two counts of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

¯ On Jan. 19, Ashley M. Valle-Meldonado, 20 was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and suspended registration.

¯ On Jan. 20, Daniel M. Strong Jr., 22, of Dunkirk was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

¯ On Jan. 21, Timothy A. Burdic, of Fredonia was charged with DUI-drugs, unlawful possession of marijuana and resisting arrest.

¯ On Jan. 21, Brett Pulcinski, 30, of Dunkirk was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

¯ On Wednesday, Reynaldo D. Miranda, 40, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, improper plates, unregistered motor vehicle, no insurance, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and no seat belt.

¯ On Friday, David Taber, 53, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and unregistered motor vehicle.
