Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office

SILVER CREEK — On Jan. 21, Brandon Klitz, 36 and Dylan S. Snickles, 27, were arrested for alleged various charges including petit larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession stolen property.

An investigation into vehicle larcenies around the Village of Silver Creek was conducted by the Chautauqua County Criminal Investigation Division. Klitz and Snickles were found to be in possession of property that did not belong to them. Klitz was charged with one count of petit larceny and two counts of fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and Snickles was charged with two counts of fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. Both will answer the charges out of the Village of Silver Creek Court.

• KENNEDY — On Feb. 3, Nicholas A. Kelwaski, 27, of Poland was arrested for alleged fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment.

Kelwaski, was charged and arraigned on these charges through the CAP Arraignment program at the Chautauqua County Jail. These charges stem from an altercation that took place when Kelwaski physically harassed another individual and damaged property of that individual.
