Teen charged

following

altercation, chase

SILVER CREEK — A Silver Creek teenager was arrested following a foot chase.

On Tuesday shortly after midnight, Chautauqua County Sheriff Deputies responded to an address on West Spears Road in the town of Hanover for an altercation.

After an investigation, allegedly Zachary R. Roche, 19, attempted to stop an individual from requesting police assistance, and during the altercation struck the caller in the face. Upon learning of his charges Zachary attempted to evade Deputies by fleeing the scene on foot.

Zachary was quickly apprehended charged with: Resisting arrest, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment.

Zachary was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for the Centralized Arraignment Program.

≤ Eagleeye Stevens was picked up on a warrant Feb. 5.

≤ Jefferson Elisofon was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and criminal mischief Feb. 7.

≤ Latrece Stewart was charged with petit larceny Feb. 7.
