¯ On Sept. 26, David Texidor Jr., 27, of Weyers Cave, Va. Was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to dim lights.

¯ On Sept. 26, Alvin J. Torres, 35, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

¯ On Sept. 26, Adam A. Santiago, of Buffalo was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and no plate lamps.

¯ On Sept. 27, Lindsay N. Latimar, 28, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and improper plates.

¯ On Sept. 29, Jason Quinones, 35, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree burglary and petit larceny.

¯ On Sept. 29, Cole Sutton, 21, of Dunkirk was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
