¯ CLYMER — On Oct. 25 Bethany L. Daily, 24, of Corry, Pa. was arrested for allegedly driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, failed to keep right, moved from lane unsafely, and speed over 55 mph.

Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Deputies stopped a vehicle in the Town of Clymer for alleged traffic violations. The operator, identified as Daily, was alleged to be operating the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Daily was taken into custody and charged. Daily is scheduled to appear in the Town of Clymer Court at a later date.

¯ Norman M. Rodriguez, 25, of Falconer was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI with a blood-alcohol content of .08% or greater, failure to stop at a steady red light and speeding at 3:27 a.m. Saturday on North Main Street, Jamestown. According to a police report, deputies pulled over a vehicle on North Main Street in Jamestown for failing to stop at a steady red light and speeding. Rodriguez was charged and released with traffic tickets. Norman Rodriguez will be in Jamestown City Court later.

¯ CLYMER — Bethany L. Daily, 24, of Corry was charged with DWI, DWI per se, failure to keep right, moving from lane unsafely and speeding at 3:12 a.m. Sunday on Brownell Road, Clymer. She will be in Clymer Town Court later.

¯ SINCLAIRVILLE — Shaine E. Love, 29, of Sinclairville was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument after she an incident at 31 East Ave., Sinclairville, at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Love reportedly refused to take a chemical test and was taken to Chautauqua County Jail to be arraigned.
