¯ On Oct. 20, Dillon J. Kohler, 28, of Dunkirk was charged with possession of a hypodermic instrument.

¯ On Nov. 6, Jesus A. Montero-Perez, 22, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

¯ On Nov. 6, Victor Santiago-Lasanta, 34, of Dunkirk was charged with obstruction of government administration.

¯ On Nov. 7, Brandon P. Lawton, 26, of Fredonia was charged with suspended registration, uninspected motor vehicle and operating with suspended insurance.

¯ On Nov. 7, Kelsie R. Briggs, 28, of Brocton was charged with operating with a suspended registration and operating without insurance.

¯ On Nov. 8, Hector J. Santiago-Marrero, 29, of Dunkirk was charged with operating a vehicle out of class, three counts of inadequate brakes- motorcycle, reckless driving, failure to comply, five counts of passing a red signal, three counts of failure to stop at a stop sign, speed in zone, improper plates, operating without insurance, inadequate exhaust, six counts of unsafe turn without a signal, third-degree unlawful fleeing of police vehicle and resisting arrest.

¯ On Nov. 8, Deborah Wicks, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree obstruction of government administration.

¯ On Nov. 9, Dafnit Santiago, 37, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree assault.

¯ On Nov. 10, David D. Sugg, 29, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, second-degree obstruction of government administration, and insufficient turn signal less than 100 feet.

¯ On Nov. 10, Dakota S. Sugg, 25, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree obstruction of government administration.

¯ On Nov. 10, Santiago Molina Benitez, 30, of Dunkirk was charged with suspended registration, uninsured motor vehicle and window light transparency.

¯ On Nov. 11, Tyler J. Pelsey, 20, of Fredonia was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana, failure to keep right, improper signal and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

¯ On Nov. 11, LaDarran Watts, 28, of Dunkirk was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.
