¯ LITTLE VALLEY — Sheriff’s deputies arrested Ashley Y. Bond, 36, of Gowanda, after a dispute between her and her child. Bond turned herself infor the sheriff’s office where she was processed and charged with endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment. She was released with appearance tickets and is due to appear in the Town of Persia Court at a later date.

¯ GOWANDA –Police charged James K. Williams, 30, of Versailles, with a cell phone violation and charges of unlicensed operation and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation after stopping him for operating a vehicle while texting on Nov. 8 at 6:30 p.m. During the traffic stop, a computer check found that Williams had only a permit that was revoked on June 28, 2010 after a conviction for driving while intoxicated, suspended on Sept. 22, 2019 for his failure to answer a traffic summons and canceled and expired on Dec. 18, 2019. He was released on an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Collins Court.
