¯ PANAMA — Preston B. Wiltsie, 27, Frewsburg, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and failure to dim headlights. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 3 a.m. Sunday in the village of Panama. An investigation found that Wiltsie was allegedly operating the vehicle while in an intoxicated state. He is scheduled to appear in Harmony Town Court later.

¯ CHARLOTTE — Willie J Wright III, 53, of Jamestown, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 9:42 a.m. Tuesday on Route 60 in the town of Charlotte for a traffic violation. Wright, a passenger in the vehicle, was allegedly found to be in violation of an order of protection. He was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.

¯ On Feb. 12, Yamil Guindin-Rivera, 23, of Fredonia was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and dazzling lights.

¯ On Feb. 13, Jesus M. Ramos Jr., 37, of Dunkirk was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia.

¯ On Feb. 13, Angelytte Barreto, 26, of Dunkirk was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

¯ On Feb. 13, Ivan Negron Rivera, 53, of Dunkirk was charged with aggravated DWI with BAC .23%

¯ On Feb. 13, Gilbert Betancourt, 31, of South Dayton was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and no insurance.

¯ On Feb. 14, Miguel Rodriguez-Surez, 32, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speed in zone.

¯ On Feb. 14, Joseph A. Ruiz, 38, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operation with a suspended/revoked registration and no insurance.

¯ On Feb. 14, Antonio Soto, 43, of Dunkirk was charged with obstruction, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

¯ On Feb. 14, Tyler Jaynes, 31, of Cherry Creek was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

¯ On Feb. 15, Tyler Kubasik, 24, of Dunkirk was charged with petit larceny.

¯ On Feb. 16, Timothy P. Kulig, 33, of Dunkirk was charged with two counts of second-degree harassment and second-degree criminal contempt.
