JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Jaclyn R. Anderson, 42, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree obstructing governmental administration. Officers responded at 2:21 a.m. Tuesday to an east side address for a reported noise complaint. Upon arrival, officers could hear a female yelling inside a condemned apartment. The woman refused to exit the apartment but was taken into custody after officers entered. After a brief struggle, the woman was identified as Anderson. She was held for arraignment in Jamestown City Court.

DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Henry Butts Jr., 61, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 15 and charged with petit larceny.

¯ Jason Lozada, 36, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 19 and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with .08% or more blood alcohol content, alcohol consumption in vehicle, no or inadequate lights, unlicensed operation and speeding.

¯ Marcus Blanchard, 31, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 22 and charged with strangulation, endangering the welfare of a child and harassment.

¯ David Corsi, 33, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 22 and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, second-degree menacing, fourth-degree criminal mischief, petit larceny and second-degree harassment.

¯ Devan Fernandez, 19, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 25 and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

¯ Luis Segura, 19, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 25 and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
