DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT

— Jodi Messere, 44, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 30 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

— Wanda White, 56, of Fredonia, was arrested May 31 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

— Derek Coombs, homeless, was arrested May 26 and charged with trespass. He was also arrested and charged with trespass on June 4.

— Kelvin Pagan-Serrano, 20, of Dunkirk, was arrested twice on May 30. The first time, he was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating without insurance and no turn signal. He was arrested again about an hour and a half later and charged with fresh counts of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating without insurance.

— Charles Card, 20, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 31 and charged with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment.

— Felipe Otero-Otero, 20, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 31 and charged with driving while intoxicated and six traffic infractions.

— April Petryshyn, 42, of Dunkirk, was arrested June 3 and charged with petit larceny.

— Justin Whitfield, 30, of Fredonia, was arrested June 1 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operator and no traffic lamp.

— Nicholas Eggleston, 32, of Dunkirk, was arrested June 1 and charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and single counts of tampering with evidence and resisting arrest,

— Matthew McKane, 39, of Dunkirk, was arrested June 2 and charged with third-degree criminal mischief.

— Neisha Lockett, 33, of Dunkirk, was arrested June 3 and charged with second-degree obstruction, second-degree criminal trespass and endangering the welfare of a child.

— Jayxiel Orsini, 19, of Dunkirk, was arrested June 3 and charged with suspended registration and no insurance.

— Kirtus Warrior, 44, of Dunkirk, was arrested June 4 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

— Jean Paul Vieraroman, 25, of Dunkirk, was arrested June 4 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and three traffic infractions.

— Brandon Echevarria, 25, of Fredonia, was arrested June 4 and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

— Jade Stocks, 24, of Fredonia, was arrested June 4 and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

— Noe Flores, 33, of Dunkirk, was arrested June 4 and charged with second-degree harassment.

— Shaunn Boyd, 44, of Dunkirk, was arrested June 4 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operation with suspended or revoked registration, and unlicensed operator.
