CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

– CHAUTAUQUA – Anthony Ward, 48, of the town of Chautauqua, was charged Aug. 23 with driving while ability impaired by drugs, littering on a highway and speeding following a traffic stop on Route 430 around 9 p.m. He was released on appearance tickets to appear in the Town of Chautauqua Court at a later date and time.

– VILLENOVA – Kenneth E. Armstrong, 34, of Forestville, was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. It is alleged that Armstrong damaged property belonging to another individual on Bartlett Hill Road and also subjected the owner of the damaged property to unwanted physical contact. He was taken to the county jail for the centralized arraignment.
