CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

– Anthony J. Dascenzo, 67, of Canfield, Ohio, was charged with failure to keep right and driving while intoxicated at 11:33 p.m. Sunday after deputies pulled a vehicle over in the town of Chautauqua. Dascenzo was charged, processed at the Sheriff’s Office and released with appearance tickets.

– Natacha J. Pizarro Campos, 37, of Jamestown was charged with DWI, DWI per se (BAC .08% or more) and failure to keep right at 11:51 p.m. Sunday after deputies pulled a vehicle over on Route 60 in Ellicott. Pizzaro Campos will be in Ellicott Town Court later.

JAMESTOWN POLICE

– Zachary G. Boardman, 25, of Falconer was charged with DWI, DWI per se and leaving the scene of a property damage accident at 11:53 p.m. Saturday after officers responded to the area of Falconer Street and Woodlawn Avenue for a report of a property damage accident that had occurred nearby. It was reported to officers that the driver had left the scene and was eventually stopped by a witness. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the operator of the vehicle, who was identified as Zachary G. Boardman. Through investigation, it was found that Boardman was allegedly operating the vehicle while intoxicated. He was charged and taken to the city jail being released with appearance tickets to be in Jamestown City Court later.

– Alexander L. Digirolamo, 38, of Jamestown was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 7:10 p.m. Saturday after officers patrolling the area of East Second and Curtis streets reportedly saw multiple people slumped over in a stationary vehicle. Officers conducted a check of the vehicle and made contact with the subjects inside. Upon further investigation, it was found that one of the occupants Digirolamo was allegedly in possession of a quantity of fentanyl and methamphetamine. Digirolamo was charged and taken to the city jail before being released with tickets to be in Jamestown City Court later.
