Fredonia Police Department

– Thomas Brewster, 39, of Fredonia, was picked up on a warrant Aug. 29.

– Jon Dolling, 32, of Cherry Creek, was arrested Sept. 2 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

– Andrew Dzierzanowski Jr., 42, of Jamestown, was picked up on a warrant Sept. 3.

– Antonio Crabtree-Pratt, no age or address listed, was picked up on a warrant Sept. 3.

– Timothy Will, 36, of Fredonia, was arrested Sept. 4 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia.

WESTFIELD POLICE

– Taylor Lawson, 33, was charged Tuesday with second-degree unlawful imprisonment. It is alleged that around 2 p.m. Lawson was involved in a domestic dispute where he held a woman against her will in a bedroom and blocked the doorway with his body, preventing her from leaving. Police said Lawson fled the scene before officers arrived and was later located at his residence on Pleasant Avenue.

– Donald Baker, 66, was charged Wednesday with third-degree criminal trespass. It is alleged that he was sleeping on the basement stairwell of the United Methodist Church on East Main Street. The church had installed mesh netting all around the stairwells to prevent individuals from accessing and sleeping in those areas and had properly posted signage indicating that entry was prohibited.
