Dunkirk Police Department

— Paul Pagano, 56, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 20 and charged with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree stalking.

Police report that on Sept. 10, Pagano drove recklessly by the complainant’s house and at one point hit her car. He then allegedly proceeded to yell obscenities at her. He stood outside the complainant’s house Sept. 20 screaming cuss words and recording her, but was located a short time later and arrested.

— Atulkumar Patel, 64, of Fredonia, was arrested Aug. 31 and charged with driving while intoxicated.

Fredonia Police Department

— Shadon Sulphin, 28, of Fredonia, was arrested Sept. 27 and charged with petit larceny.

— Daniel Saar, 37, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 30 and charged with trespass.

— Kevin Dejesus-Rivera, 33, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 30 and charged with third-degree bribery and petit larceny.

— Heather Piskor, 39, of Fredonia, was picked up on a bench warrant Sept. 30.

— Yei Thek Wang, 28, of Fredonia, was arrested Oct. 2 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.

— Samuel Reuben, 21, of Forestville, was arrested Oct. 2 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

— Judy Schroeder, 59, of Forestville, was picked up on a bench warrant Oct. 3.

— Genevieve Goyer, 21, of Fredonia, was arrested Oct. 3 and charged with driving while intoxicated (first offense) and driving while intoxicated with blood alcohol content .18% or greater.

— Austin Myles, 24, of Fredonia, was arrested Oct. 6 and charged with second-degree criminal nuisance.

— Matthew Bongiovanni, 19, of Dunkirk, was arrested Oct. 6 and charged with second-degree burglary, second-degree harassment, second-degree criminal contempt, and third-degree criminal mischief.

— Samuel Barreto, 35, homeless, was arrested Oct. 9 and charged with petit larceny.

Jamestown Police Department

— Steven J Seavy, 34, of Brocton was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, fifth-degree and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

At around 2:16 a.m. Thursday, officers observed a vehicle make a traffic infraction in the area of North Main and West Seventh streets. Officers conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver. Further investigation found Seavy to be operating the vehicle while impaired by drugs. Seavy was also found to be in possession of a large quantity of Methylphenidate Tablets, a controlled substance.

Seavy was also in possession of a quantity of Methamphetamine and Buprenorphine and Naloxone Sublingual films. Seavy was transported to the Jamestown City jail.

— Clarence J. Williams III, of Dunkirk was charged with resisting arrest, second-degree obstructing governmental administration, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, false personation, tampering with physical evidence and having an outstanding arrest warrant out of Hamburg Police Department.

At around 1:20 a.m. Saturday, officers were working a Targeted Patrol Detail when they observed a vehicle committing a vehicle and traffic taw violations in the area of East Sixth and Grant streets. Officers conducted a stop on the vehicle for the observed infractions and made contact with the male driver. Through investigation it was found that Williams attempted to provide a false name in an attempt to evade arrest on his outstanding warrant out of the Hamburg Police Department. Due to Williams lying about who he was, officers advised him to exit from the vehicle to which he failed to comply. Officers then had to extricate Williams from the vehicle as he began to resist officers.

After a brief struggle officers were able to remove Clarence from the vehicle. While outside of the vehicle, he attempted to discard a quantity of cocaine and destroy it while on scene.

He was held in the Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court.

– Anthony M. Camarata, 41, of Jamestown, was charged Oct. 9 with petit larceny. According to police, at about 7:22 p.m., officers responded to a report of shoplifting at the Dollar General on Winsor Street. Upon arrival, officers located Camarata a short distance from the store who matched the description provided by a store employee. While being placed in custody, officers found the alleged stolen merchandise on Camarata. He was taken to Jamestown City Jail, and will be in Jamestown City Court later.

– Kaisha Diaz, 27, of Jamstown, was charged Oct. 9 with third-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief, and criminal obstruction of breathing. According to police, at about 5:50 p.m., officers responded to a call of an unwanted person on the city’s north side. During the investigation, it was discovered that Diaz had allegedly engaged in an altercation with the victim. During the incident, Diaz allegedly bit, struck, attempted to choke the victim, and damaged a window screen before fleeing the scene. A short time later, officers located Diaz at her residence and was placed into custody. She was taken to city jail and will be in city court later.

– Brandon L. Adams, 23, of Jamestown, was charged Oct. 10 with endangering the welfare of a child. According to police, at about 7:22 p.m., officers responded to an eastside address for a reported domestic dispute. Upon arrival, officers made contact with Adams, and it was found that Adams got into an altercation where he allegedly kicked a door that struck the 17-year-old victim causing a hand injury. He was placed into custody, and taken to city jail. He will be in city court later.

– Richard E. Rasmussen, 22, of Jamestown, was charged Oct. 11 with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated per se, and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. According to police, officers stopped a vehicle on the north side after observing multiple traffic violations. The vehicle was stopped, and upon further investigation it was found that Rasmussen was allegedly operating the vehicle in an intoxicated state. He was placed into custody, and taken to city jail. He will be in city court later.

– Angel G. Ramos-Gonzalez, 26, of Dunkirk was charged Oct. 11 with two counts of first-degree criminal contempt, second-degree criminal trespass, and second-degree harassment. According to police, at about 7:09 a.m., officers were called to a southside residence for a domestic dispute in progress. Upon arrival, officers contacted the female victim, and found that Ramos-Gonzalez allegedly and unlawfully entered the residence by unknown means. After further investigation, he was found to be in violation of an order of protection, and found to have multiple outstanding felony warrants related to previous incidents and the same residence. He was placed into custody, and taken to city jail. He will be in city court later.

– Bryant D. Watts, 54, no address given, was charged Oct. 10 with petit larceny. According to police, at about 2 p.m., officers responded to a northside business for a shoplifting complaint. Upon arrival, it was found that store employees observed Watts allegedly steal merchandise. Watts was placed into custody, and taken to city jail. He will be in city court later.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT

– Gregory Negron-Garcia, 45, of Dunkirk, was charged Oct. 10 with speeding,DWI, and DWI per se. According to officials, around 10:49 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in Dunkirk for a vehicle speeding. Upon further investigation it was found that the operator was Negron-Garcia. Negron-Garcia was placed into custody, and will be in Dunkirk City Court later.
