WESTFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT
— Nathan B. Schruise, 25, of Westfield, was charged Oct. 13 with petit larceny. According to police, at about 9:45 p.m., officers responded to a Kent Street address for a reported trespass/larceny complaint. Upon arrival, officers were informed by the victim that Schruise allegedly had entered her residence without permission, and allegedly stole property belonging to the female victim. Schruise had left the scene, but was later located at his residence, and placed into custody. He was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail, and will be in Westfield Town Court later.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT
— Tyler J. Shirley, 38, of Jamestown, was charged with issuing a bad check. According to officials, deputies responded to a fraud complaint in the Village of Sherman. Upon further investigation it was found that Shirley allegedly wrote a check to another person for a large amount of money, from an inactive bank account. Shirley was placed into custody, and will be in Sherman Town Court later.
DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT
— Justino Paz Santiago, 58, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 31 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving with suspended registration, and four vehicle and traffic law infractions.
— Arriel Catalano, 34, of Fredonia, was arrested Sept. 2 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving with suspended registration, and operating without insurance.
— Josh Cave, 43, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 2 and charged with second-degree harassment.
— Jose Hernandez, 41, homeless, was arrested Sept. 3 and charged with petit larceny. He was arrested and charged again with petit larceny on Sept. 7.
— Labaron Booker, 56, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 4 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and unlicensed operator.
— Yajaira Herrera Hernandez, 47, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 5 and charged with leaving the scene of an accident, operating without insurance, operating out of class, and failure to use designated lane.
— Vanessa Smith, 40, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 6 and charged with trespass.
— Leyxsli Bautista-Cruz, 25, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 7 and charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest.
— Destiny Soto, 28, of Fredonia, was arrested Sept. 7 and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated per se, and inadequate headlamps.
— Alan Bourquin, 42, of Forestville, was arrested Sept. 8 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and three vehicle and traffic law infractions.
— Gabriel Lagares Padilla, 27, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 8 and charged with five vehicle and traffic law infractions.
— Timothy Banach, 67, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 8 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating without ignition interlock, unlicensed operator, improper turn signal, and trespass.
— Dawn Ransom, 67, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 10 and charged with third-degree grand larceny.
— Juan Ortiz, 42, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 10 and charged with trespass.
— Dalaute Buchanan, 48, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 10 and charged with trespass.
— Brittany Washington, 33, of Jamestown, was arrested Sept. 11 and charged with second-degree criminal impersonation.
— Tesla Texidor, no age listed, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 12 and charged with disorderly conduct.
— Mark Menclewewicz, 61, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 9 and charged with petit larceny. He was arrested and charged with petit larceny again on Sept. 13.
— Stephanie Montanez, 33, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 13 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
— Natasha Mercado, no age listed, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 13 and charged with disorderly conduct.
