— Around 1:20 a.m. Sunday, deputies conducted a traffic stop in the village of Fredonia for an alleged traffic violation. The operator was identified as Andrew E. Allenson, 21, of Fredonia and through an investigation was found to be driving while intoxicated and had a blood alcohol content at a 0.18% or higher. He was charged with consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, DWI and aggravated DWI.

He was placed in custody and transported to the Sheriff’s Office substation where he was later released with tickets.
