JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
– Hector O. Dejesus, 44, of Jamestown was charged April 8 with third-degree criminal trespass. According to police, at about 2 p.m., officers responded to a trespass complaint at a condemned building on West Second Street near Jefferson Street. On arrival, Dejesus was located in the building. He was placed into custody without incident, and was taken to Jamestown City Jail. He will be in Jamestown City Court later.
– Roberto E. Figueroa-Arroyo, 44, of Jamestown was charged April 9 with second-degree harassment, and first-degree criminal contempt. According to police, at about 10:45 a.m., officers responded to a domestic incident at a Southside address. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the female victim, and after further investigation it was discovered that Figueroa-Arroyo allegedly shoved the victim several times during a verbal dispute. It was also found, police said, that the victim has an active order of protection against Figueroa-Arroyo. He was placed into custody without incident, and was taken to the city jail. He will be in city court later.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT
– Allyson K. Lycett, 26, was charged April 9 with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. According to officials, around 7:26 p.m., deputies were dispatched to an altercation in the town of Hanover. Through investigation, it was determined that Lycett allegedly had displayed an electric stun gun. Lycett was issued an appearance ticket, and will be in Hanover Town Court later.
