JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT - Desiray J. Corrigan, of Jamestown, was charged March 25 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal impersonation, and having outstanding warrants. According to police, at about 5:25 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Newland Avenue and Charles Street for observed traffic infractions. Through investigation, it was found that Corrigan was operating the vehicle.
