JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT — William Soto, 60, was charged Jan. 15 with driving while intoxicated, and multiple traffic citations. According to police, at about 1:40 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on Buffalo Street at Blackstone Avenue for a traffic infraction.
