Beaver Club accident driver wasn't hospitalized The driver of a vehicle that hit the Beaver Club in Fredonia Monday afternoon “was evaluated on scene by Fredonia Fire (Department) and did not require transport to the hospital,” Fredonia Fire Chief Joshua Myers said Tuesday morning. Majak, 36, were both charged with first-degree criminal contempt, while Tundo was additionally charged with second-degree harassment and Majak was additionally charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief Wednesday. GARAGE SUSTAINS MINOR DAMAGE IN FIRE A small fire Monday afternoon caused minor damage to a garage in the city of Dunkirk. Firefighters report at 4:54 p.m., they were dispatched to a possible garage fire behind 765 Washington Ave. Firefighters found a small fire on the exterior of the garage that extended to the interior of the structure.
