EVANS TOWN POLICE Michael Faraci, 42, and Tiffany Borek, 44, were arrested after a narcotics search warrant was executed Monday afternoon at their residence, 9951 Hardpan Road. The warrant execution was based upon a narcotics investigation in the Town of Evans. Police arrested them after a quantity of cocaine was allegedly found. The two were charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a Class C felony. Both Faraci and Borek were released on appearance tickets. MISSING KAYAKER’S BODY LOCATED NEAR HARBOR WESTFIELD -- The body of a missing kayaker has been found. Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Department deputies report Casey Q. Norene, 23, of Westfield was reported missing around 6:15 p.m. Tuesday in the area of Barcelona Harbor on Lake Erie. A search was conducted by crews that included North East, Pa., and the Coast Guard. At around 10 a.m. Saturday, the body was located on the shore of Lake Erie near the harbor.
