JAMESTOWN POLICE - Jonathan Torres, 35, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child along with having a previous arrest warrant from Jamestown City Court at 6:59 p.m. Monday after officers responded to a south side home for a reported domestic dispute in progress. According to a police report, officers arrived at the scene to find Torres outside of the home in the road. Around 12:45 a.m. Saturday, Chautauqua County Sheriff's Department patrol responded to a report of a disorderly subject in the road. Upon arrival, deputies located Joshua D. Adams, 33, of Silver Creek being disorderly. Around 2:15 a.m. the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded to an address on Main Street in the village of Silver Creek for a report of a disorderly person.
