Picone Construction is general contractor for Lake Shore Hospital renovations

IRVING — Picone Construction has been chosen as General Contractor for Lake Shore Hospital’s renovations for their Musculoskeletal Center and Chemical Dependency Unit.

The project will be completed in two phases and the owner will occupy site and adjacent areas of building during entire construction. Phase one renovations to the third floor include a build out for the Chemical Dependency Unit. Phase two includes renovations to the first floor to build out for the Musculoskeletal Center.

Work includes: selective demolition, hydraulic cement underlayment, masonry, metal fabrications, carpentry, cabinets, fire stopping, doors, aluminun entrances, glazing, window film, metal framing, drywall, ceramic, acoustic ceiling tile, flooring, tile, carpet tile, wall covering, interior painting, epoxy paint, cubicle tracks/curtains, wall and door protection, toilet accessories, fire extinguisher cabinets, lockers, countertops, fire protection/sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, window treatments.
