Finance Committee meeting changes The Dunkirk Common Council's Finance Committee meeting originally set for today is postponed by a day. City Fiscal Affairs Officer Ellen Luczkowiak said Councilman-at-large Nick Weiser had a scheduling conflict Monday. The committee meeting will now be at 10 a.m. Tuesday. Family breakfast returns Sunday Forest Lodge 166 F&AM is back up and running for the season, and holding its monthly Family Breakfast from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sunday. This all-you-can-eat breakfast will consist of eggs made to order, pancakes or French Toast, sausages, fruit cocktail, juice, milk, coffee and tea. NCCF breakfast set for Saturday The Northern Chautauqua Community Foundation (NCCF) invites the community to its annual Flapjack Breakfast and Basket Raffle Fundraiser on Saturday from 8 to 10 a.m. at Applebee’s on Vineyard Drive in Dunkirk.
