NCCF breakfast set for Saturday The Northern Chautauqua Community Foundation (NCCF) invites the community to its annual Flapjack Breakfast and Basket Raffle Fundraiser on Saturday from 8 to 10 a.m. at Applebee’s on Vineyard Drive in Dunkirk. This community event supports NCCF’s Service Learning Grants Program, which provides grants to local teachers for classroom projects that connect learning with hands-on community service.
