Closure of Interstate 86 Bridge over Chautauqua Lake The New York State Department of Transportation is advising motorists that the bridge carrying Interstate 86 eastbound over Chautauqua Lake between the towns of North Harmony and Ellery in Chautauqua County will be closed as part of an ongoing rehabilitation project during the following times: 2-6 a.m. on Tuesday, July 28; 3-6 a.m. on Wednesday, July 29; 3-6 a.m. on Thursday, July 30.
