Arkwright to hold Tire Amnesty Day Saturday In honor of America's 250 and as a show of appreciation to its constituents, the town of Arkwright will be hosting a tire amnesty day on Saturday, July 25 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.. The event is open to all Arkwright residents as well as non-resident property owners. Each residence or individual non-resident property owner may drop off up to 10 passenger/light truck size tires free of charge.
