Fredonia Farmers’ Market news

This Saturday, May 11, is the last week that the Fredonia Farmers’ Market will be held indoors at Masonic Lodge, 321 E. Main St., Fredonia until the beginning of November. As of Saturday, May 18, the Fredonia Farmers’ market will move outdoors to Church Street in downtown Fredonia and begin summer hours, which are 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The market features a wide variety of locally grown fresh vegetables, fruits, meats, eggs, honey, maple syrup products, plants, baked goods and more.

Special events planned at the Market include:

May 11: Bud ‘N Bloom plant sale

May 18: Fiddle Day 11 to 12:30 and Barker Library plant swap

June 22: Rockabilly Steve 11-12:30 and Solstice Celebration

July 6: New Horizons Band Concert 11-12:30

July 13: Dark Road Duo 11-12:30

July 27: Old World Warblers 11-12:30

Aug. 17: Doc Baker’s Musicological Extravaganza 11-12:30

Additional events will be scheduled in the coming weeks.
