Citizens for a Better Cassadaga meeting Thursday

The Citizens for a Better Cassadaga will meet on Thursday at 7 p.m. at the Cassadaga Library. Plans for the Winter Festival, which will take place on Feb. 8 & 9 will be discussed. All area residents are encouraged to attend.

WACS capital improvement project vote Thursday

Residents of the Westfield Academy and Central School District can vote on the Capital Improvement Project on Thursday, Dec. 12 from noon to 8 p.m. in the gymnasium foyer.

In the event that the school is closed on Thursday due to inclement weather, the vote will take place on Friday, Dec. 13 during the same hours.

Lily Dale Lyceum holiday bazaar

The Lily Dale Lyceum will hold a holiday bazaar Thursday, Dec. 12 through Sunday, Dec. 15 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. It will feature handmade crafts, Christmas decorations, bags, caftans, aprons, gifts, knitted scarves and shawls. Fabric and craft supplies, indoor plants, fairy houses, new and gently used household, decor and gift items as well as a Noritake Bessie china service for 8 will be available for sale. There will be free parking and free entry. Children can enjoy a playground. All proceeds from the Bazaar support the Lily Dale Assembly, a non-profit organization. Sunday only at the fire hall, there will be vendor tables from 1 to 3 p.m. and a $5 luncheon at noon. Proceeds benefit the Lily Dale Fire Company.

Conservation Club Ladies Auxiliary Christmas Party

The Northern Chautauqua Conservation Club Ladies Auxiliary Christmas Party will be held Friday, Dec. 13 at 6:30 p.m. at the Clubroom, 1 Mullet St., Dunkirk. Bring a Santa exchange gift and a cookie plate for dessert.
