Lake Erie Bird Club news
Twenty members attended the December meeting of the Lake Erie Bird Club conducted by Dr. Terry Mosher. Deb Lanni and Bruce Fox led members in a delightful evening with a bird-block printing program. After drawing and carving the blocks, members then printed cards from their work. Everyone enjoyed creating the bird blocks. Members brought cookies and other treats to share. Rich Erdle provided the beverage.
The club will meet Monday, Jan. 27 at 7 p.m. at BOCES, Fredonia-Stockton Road, Fredonia. Tim O’Day will present the program on developing a backyard bird habitat. All who are interested in birds are welcome to attend. For more information, call Joanne Goetz at 673-1627.
