Brainard Road closed starting Monday
The Pomfret Highway Department said the culvert will be replaced on Brainard Road in the town of Pomfret. The road will be closed to all traffic except for local residents beginning at 7:30 a.m. Monday until the project is finished in about three to four weeks.
