Collins 50+ Seniors announces weekly events
The Collins 50+ Seniors have the following events scheduled:
Nov. 1 — Pickle Ball 6:30 p.m. at Collins Town Park.
Nov. 2 — Exercises w/ Pat at 10 a.m. at the L.K. Painter Center gym.
Nov. 3 — Active Senior Aerobics w/ Kim at 9 a.m. at the Painter Center gym. There is a fee.
Nov. 4 — Exercises w/ Pat at 10 a.m. at the Painter Center gym.
Nov. 4 — Games & Crafts at 1 p.m. at the Painter Center Rose Room.
Nov. 4 — Senior Bowling at 1 p.m. at K&L Lanes in Gowanda. There is a fee.
Nov 5 — Yoga w/ Caroline at 10 a.m. at the Painter Center gym. There is a fee.
Nov. 6 — Exercises w/ Pat at 10 a.m. at the Painter Center gym
Note: The Salvation Army Red Kettle Campaign will be kicking off after Thanksgiving at Shop N Save in Gowanda. I f you would like to volunteer to man the Red Kettle call LOVE INC at 532-3541.
Gowanda Pine Hill Cemetery clean up set for Saturday
Volunteers are welcome to join a community autumn cleanup at Gowanda Pine Hill Cemetery on Saturday, Nov. 7, starting at 9 a.m. Please bring a rake, tarp or leaf blower. Meet at the main gate.
County Parks Commission to meet via Zoom
The Chautauqua County Parks Commission will hold its monthly meeting via Zoom on at 4 p.m. today. The meeting will be live-streamed on the Chautauqua County Government Facebook page. Contact judithhunt1@aol.com for the link to be included in the meeting.
