Hanover Town Hall closed today
The Hanover Town Hall will be closed to the public today. It will reopen at 8 a.m. Monday. The town reminds residents that Monday will be the last day of the town’s dog enumeration or census. Any resident’s who have not yet registered their unlicensed dogs should do so by Monday. After that there will be an enumeration fee of $25 added to the licensing fees. Article 7 of the New York State Agriculture and Market Law requires all dogs older than four months to be licensed within the town they reside.
